- Trauma Level: Adult III IV
- Specialization: Surgical Oncology - Hepatobiliary/Pancreatic (HPB)
- Responsibilities: Independent outpatient care, pre- and post-surgical care coordination, assisting in the OR such as patient prepping, assisting during surgical procedures, and closure), and various procedures such as wound care, and drain care/removal
- Provides clinical care for patients, Completes comprehensive patient assessments, Orders and interprets medical diagnostics in tandem with attending physician, Prescribes medications, treatments, therapy and medical equipment, Conducts patient education when working to manage chronic illness or wellness care, and Refers for specialty care when determined
Requirements
- MN License
- APP (NP or PA) surgical oncology candidate specializing in Hepatobiliary/Pancreatic- (HPB)
