Coverage Needed:
- October 20, 2025 -Ongoing
- 7pm - 8am shifts, weekend night coverage
- Credentialing takes 90 + days on average
Clinical Details:
- General surgery and surgical subspecialty APP night coverage - in-patient
- Floor patient management, post-op care, and consults
- Patient load: 40-50 with 2 PAs on heavy census/OR active days
- Procedures: VAC dressings, JP drain management, NGT management, experience with Doppler for vascular monitoring for skin flap patients, chest tube management
- No endoscopy, laparoscopy, or trauma surgery required
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: Ideally 2 APPs on a night
Requirements:
- Board Certified
- Active NJ License, DEA and CDS
- Must be local
- Available ASAP - emergency/temp privileges will be considered
