Responsibilities and Duties
- Remove pacing wires, chest tubes, and drains
- Coordinate care for post-operative cardiac surgery patients
- Manage new and follow-up consultations
- Handle occasional admissions and patient discharges
- Ensure comfort with post-operative care, specifically with cardiac surgeries and pacemaker cases
- Patient load: 10-18 per day
Additional Information
- Required Certification: Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification (ACNP-BC)
- Must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license in Missouri
