Start Date: June 2025
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7A - 2P
Call Schedule: M-F 9am-4pm - Week night call rotation 1x weekday night 5pm-7am, weekends 7am-7pm Sat-Sun
EMR: EPIC
Board Certification required
DEA required
Active WA license or ILMC license
Start Date: June 2025
