Minimum experience required: Candidate needs to have experience in high volume, Level I or II trauma centers, working on a Trauma & Acute Care Surgery team.
• Department description: Our team covers not only trauma, but also 100% emergency general surgery / ED unclaimed, and we anchor the trauma/surgical ICU. We don’t require that our APPs have critical care privileges, but it helps if they have ICU experience as third tier to their trauma/acute care surgery experience. For NPs, we do not require that they have First Assist certification, but they need to be able to function as first assist for OR cases.
Idaho state license preferred
