• Mon- Fri 7 days on 14 days off: 1/3 call rotation.

• 7:30a -4:30p

Clinical Details

• CV surgery first assist
• Inpatient work is 85% and Outpatient work is 15%
• Main Procedures:
  • Vein Harvesting, pulling% out patient out p chest tubes, thoracentesis, arterial lines

Requirements

• Active IN license
• Certifications Required: ACNP or PA
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days

Support Staff

• 2 full time and 2 PRN surgeons ( 2 APP’s)

EMR

• Epic
