SSM Health - Illinois seeks a Behavioral Medicine NP or Clinical Nurse Specialist to join an established Bariatric Surgery practice in Centralia, Illinois. The successful candidate will join a very established Bariatric Surgery program as the second NP assisting in Medical clearance of patients. This position will be affiliated with SSM Health - St. Mary's Hospital in centralia, Illinois and will be a PRN position.

This is an employed position with SSM Health- St. Mary's Hospital, a premier hospital system located in Mt. Vernon, Illinois, where easy access is available to St. Louis, Chicago, Evansville, Indianapolis, Lexington, Louisville, Memphis and Nashville.

Successful candidates will possess:

• NP or CNS degree from accredited program recognized by the State of Illinois
• Board Certification
• Specialized training in Behavioral Health possessing either Psychiatric NP or BHCNS certificate.
• State of Illinois license preferred
• 1 year of practice experience
