As a Sleep Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Advanced Practice Provider; APP), you will work in the Sleep Medicine Outpatient Clinic at Wheat Ridge Clinic. This will be the first Sleep Medicine team at Wheat Ridge Clinic.
The Sleep Medicine team will provide comprehensive treatment for common sleep disorders, such as: insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea, narcolepsy, irregular sleep wake cycles, movement disorders in sleep, snoring, parasomnias, restless leg syndrome, etc.
In this role you can anticipate:
Practicing at Wheat Ridge Clinic in Wheat Ridge, CO
Standard clinic hours; M-F, 8a-5p
No call expectation
Sign-on bonus
Relocation assistance if relocating 50+ miles

What you’ll bring:
APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program
Unrestricted Utah license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
BLS certification and DEA
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
