Position Overview

Seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join a dedicated Rheumatology team. This full-time, hospital-employed position offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Clinical Role
Patient Care Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Diagnose and treat rheumatologic conditions, including medication management
  • Provide preventive care, screenings, and patient education
Administrative Duties
  • Maintain accurate, compliant electronic health records
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives

Qualifications
  • Education: Master’s degree or higher – Required
  • Licensure: Active Nurse Practitioner license – Required
  • Experience: 1–5 years in a clinical or practice setting preferred; geriatric care experience a plus
  • Skills: Proficiency with Electronic Health Records
  • Behavioral Traits: Detail-oriented, collaborative team player
Licenses & Certifications
  • Certification: Nurse Practitioner – Required
  • DEA: (If applicable) Must be eligible or current
  • BLS/ACLS: (If applicable) Preferred
