Physician Services Group (PSG) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dedicated Post-Acute Care team in Spartanburg, SC. This is a flexible, in-person day shift role with no weekends or nights — perfect for clinicians who value both professional impact and work-life balance.
What You’ll Do:
-Deliver direct care in post-acute and long-term care settings
-Manage admissions, follow-up visits, and acute issues
-Collaborate with attending physicians, social workers, specialists, and families
-Review labs, maintain timely EMR documentation, and ensure compliance
-Act as a clinical leader and advocate for quality patient care
What We’re Looking For:
-Certified Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or equivalent)
-Active South Carolina license (preferred)
-Strong background in hospital, acute, or post-acute care
-EMR proficiency and confident clinical judgment
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with physicians, social workers, therapy teams, and families
Support care planning and transitions from hospital discharge
Manage EMR documentation and ensure accurate E/M coding
Lead patient care efforts within assigned facilities and drive clinical excellence
Qualifications
South Carolina NP license (preferred)
Clinical background in hospital or post-acute environments
EMR proficiency and strong clinical judgment
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Working Hours
Monday–Friday (Flexible)
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
No nights. No weekends.
