Compensation: $100,000–$120,000/year + annual bonus + full benefits
Physician Services Group (PSG) of South Carolina is actively seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in Post-Acute Care facilities across Sumter, SC. This position offers consistent weekday hours and a genuine opportunity to make an impact — no weekends, no nights, minimal call — giving you the work-life balance you deserve.
What You’ll Do:
-Serve as the lead NP at assigned post-acute facilities
-Manage patient admissions, Medicare follow-ups, and acute care needs
-Collaborate with attending physicians, therapists, social workers, and families
-Review labs, update EMRs, and ensure accurate documentation and billing
-Support clinical quality initiatives and promote patient-centered outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
-Nurse Practitioner certification (ANCC or equivalent)
-Active South Carolina license (or ability to obtain quickly)
-Strong clinical experience; hospital or acute care background a plus
-Proficiency with EMRs and solid clinical decision-making skills
-Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
What You’ll Receive:
-Monday–Friday, 8AM–4PM schedule — no weekends
-$90,000–$120,000 salary + annual performance bonus

Job Responsibilities
Evaluate and manage new admissions, routine follow-ups, and acute conditions
Develop and coordinate patient care plans based on PSG protocols and hospital discharge summaries
Act as a clinical leader and liaison between patients, families, facility staff, and PSG team
Document clinical encounters and manage billing within EMR using E/M coding standards
Review labs, imaging, and therapy notes to support high-quality care delivery
Facilitate discharge planning, monitor therapy compliance, and enhance facility-level communication
Qualifications
Active South Carolina NP license (or eligibility)
Strong clinical background in hospital or acute care settings
EMR proficiency and understanding of medical documentation standards
Independent decision-making abilities and strong communication skills
Passion for geriatric and chronic care management
Working Hours
No nights or weekends
