Job description
Position:
• Modality: Nurse Practitioner
• Locations & Schedule:
– Tuesdays: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM in Timonium, MD
– Fridays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM in Baltimore, MD
• Hours per Week: 8
• Contract Length: Through June 1 (potential extension)
• Start Date: Mid-April (temp privileges available)
• Setting: Outpatient Pulmonary Clinic, ILD (Interstitial Lung Disease) group
• Support Structure:
– In-clinic MD available at all times as a resource
– At least 1 physician on site plus MAs
• Call: None
Requirements:
• Board-Certified ACNP required (may consider FNP, AGNP, AGACNP with directly relevant experience)
• Active Maryland NP license (must be in hand)
• Minimum 2 years as an NP in one of the following:
– Inpatient hospitalist
– ICU
– Pulmonary inpatient service
– Pulmonary outpatient clinic
(4+ years preferred; outpatient NP experience not required if inpatient experience is strong)
• Active, unrestricted DEA
• Current BLS
