Job Summary:
Wesley Medical Center is seeking a PA or NP for the ECMO Coordinator role to oversee the needs and growth of our ECMO program in Wichita Kansas.Qualified Candidates:
- Practicing PA or NP
- Critical Care experience required; leadership experience preferred
- Work collaboratively with critical care physicians and cardiothoracic surgeon to manage and grow the ECMO program
- Consult with other providers to determine whether a patient is appropriate for ECMO therapy
- Align the ECMO program with evidence-based clinical guidance to safeguard quality and patient safety
- Knowledgeable in educating patients and families
- Conducting documentation reviews
