Our client, a network of healthcare centers in New York City providing high-quality integrated medical care, is hiring a Nurse Practitioner, Men’s Shelter.
Job Responsibilities:
• Assess and interpret medical and psycho-social histories as well as perform physical examinations.
• Consult with clients with abnormal conditions or other medical, psychological or social problems to the collaborating physician.
• Performs or orders laboratory tests and interprets the results.
Job Requirements:
• Valid NYS Nurse Practitioner License
• Maintains Infection Control certification.
• Experience and knowledge of HIV/AIDS primary care a plus.
