Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Residency Director

We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to lead the development and management of our PMHNP Residency Program. Our clinician-founded and clinician-led organization provides virtual and in-person mental health services across Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, and Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the PMHNP Residency Program and curriculum.
• Mentor, supervise, and evaluate PMHNP residents.
• Provide clinical education focused on pediatric and adolescent psychiatry.
• Recruit and support clinical preceptors and faculty.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary outpatient care team.
• Maintain program quality, documentation, and accreditation standards.
• Support continuous program improvement and professional development.

Compensation & Benefits

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• PMHNP-BC certification.
• Active PMHNP/APRN license in PA, VA, NJ, or MD; ability to obtain additional licenses as needed.
• 3+ years of PMHNP/CRNP experience and 1+ year in an educational or leadership role.
• Strong pediatric psychiatry and evidence-based clinical knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of behavioral health regulations and residency accreditation standards.
