Psychiatric Provider – Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

Roseburg, Oregon | On-Site | Relocation Assistance Available

Be part of the next generation of mental health care.

An innovative mental health practice in Roseburg, Oregon is seeking a compassionate and clinically driven Psychiatric Provider to join a multidisciplinary team providing advanced treatment options to veterans and community members with treatment-resistant mental health conditions.

This is a unique opportunity to work with emerging and evidence-based psychiatric treatment modalities, including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), Spravato®, IV ketamine, and IM ketamine—while receiving dedicated training and clinical support.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • $110,000–$150,000 base salary + 20% RVU
  • Relocation assistance available
  • Funded training in KAP, Spravato®, and ketamine modalities
  • Work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary clinical team
  • Meaningful opportunity to serve veterans and civilian patients
  • Sustainable schedule designed to support high-quality patient care
  • Opportunity to develop expertise in an emerging area of psychiatric medicine
  • Malpractice coverage
  • CME allowance
  • 401(k) with employer contribution
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays

About the Role

As a Psychiatric Provider, you will provide clinical oversight and support throughout ketamine-based treatment sessions while working closely with therapists, care coordinators, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide medical oversight and appropriate dosing for:
    • Spravato® (esketamine)
    • IV ketamine
    • IM ketamine
    • Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
  • Conduct comprehensive patient intake evaluations and clinical screenings
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
  • Collaborate with therapists during KAP sessions
  • Monitor patients throughout treatment and ensure a safe clinical environment
  • Support compliance with applicable Spravato® REMS requirements
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, therapists, and other members of the care team
  • Apply sound clinical judgment when evaluating treatment response and patient safety
  • Stay current with evolving research and evidence surrounding psychedelic-assisted treatments

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a provider who combines strong clinical judgment with a calm, compassionate, and patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

  • Licensed PA-C or Nurse Practitioner
  • PMHNP preferred
  • Oregon licensure or eligibility to obtain Oregon licensure
  • Clinical practice experience required
  • DEA registration in good standing
  • Psychiatry or related clinical experience strongly preferred
  • Ketamine treatment experience is a plus, but training can be provided
  • Experience with veterans or familiarity with PTSD, MST, or TBI is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and patient-care skills

A Supportive Environment for Clinical Growth

You don't need to be an expert in ketamine therapy to be successful in this role. Qualified providers will receive funded training in KAP, Spravato®, and ketamine treatment modalities, allowing you to build specialized expertise while working alongside an experienced clinical team.

Make a Meaningful Difference

You'll have the opportunity to help patients who may have exhausted conventional treatment options and are seeking new avenues toward recovery.

If you're a PA-C, NP, or PMHNP interested in innovative psychiatric care and want to build expertise in ketamine-assisted treatment, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
