What You’ll Do

• Provide psychiatric care to a consistent patient caseload in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and medication management
• Diagnose, treat, and manage mental health conditions in older adults
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that improves quality of life

Qualifications

• Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Board certification in psychiatry or a minimum of 2 years of direct psychiatric prescription management experience
• Active Virginia license and DEA required
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Ability and desire to work autonomously
• Passion for mental health and caring for the older adult population

Compensation

Expected compensation ranges from $101,938 to $120,325 annually, with uncapped productivity income potential.
