Job description
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner with psychiatry and/or primary care experience for a behavioral health treatment facility in Georgia. The provider will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and provide follow-up care in a residential treatment setting.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide follow-up visits
• Medication management
• Manage behavioral health patients
• Coordinate care with medical director
• Provide primary care support as needed
• Document in EMR system
• Manage adult patient population
Qualifications
• Psychiatric or Family Medicine background preferred
• Active Georgia license required
• DEA required
• Board Certified required
• BLS certification required
Working Hours
Maximum 20 hours per week
No call required
Short-term coverage
24-hour facility coverage model
