🩺 Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner to provide psychiatric and primary care support in a residential treatment setting.

👉 Highly preferred: Dual-certified (Psych + Primary Care)
👉 Will consider: Primary Care NP with relevant experience

💼 Responsibilities

• Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations
• Provide follow-ups and medication management
• Manage psychotropic medications (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, etc.)
• Treat adult patients in both residential and outpatient settings
• Collaborate with Medical Director and clinical team
• Oversee and support mid-level responsibilities as needed

🏥 Practice Details

• Patient Population: Adults (18+)
• Patient Volume:
  • ~45 inpatient (up to 54 potential)
  • 10–15 outpatient
• Daily Encounters: 8–10
• EMR: BestNotes
• Facility Type: 24-hour residential treatment center

✅ Requirements

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (BC required)
• DEA License required
• BLS Certification
• Experience in behavioral health strongly preferred
• Comfortable working independently (solo provider role)
