🧠 Role Overview
You’ll be providing:
✔️ Initial psychiatric evaluations
✔️ Follow-ups & medication management
✔️ Care for adult patients (18+) in a structured treatment setting
📊 Patient Load:
- ~45 inpatient (can go up to 54)
- 10–15 outpatient
- 8–10 encounters/day
👩⚕️ Ideal Candidate
✅ Board Certified NP (Psych preferred, Primary Care considered)
✅ Active DEA license required
✅ Comfortable working independently
✅ BLS Certification
🏥 Practice Setting
- Residential treatment facility with outpatient program
- Focus on abstinence-based care (no MAT required)
- Psychotropic medication management handled collaboratively
