Job description
We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our interdisciplinary team in Media, PA. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, integrated psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and young adults through a collaborative, mission-driven model. Schedule & Work Model
- Total Hours: 20 hours per week
- 17 clinical hours + 3 administrative hours
Hybrid Structure:
- Minimum 10 clinical hours onsite at the Media clinic
- Up to 7 clinical hours conducted remotely
- Administrative hours completed remotely
- Flexible scheduling aligned with patient needs
- Minimum 10 hours during peak “after-school” times (after 4 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $72,500 (part-time, 20 hours/week), W2
- Total Earning Potential: Up to $175,000+ annually
- Additional earnings of $100 per clinical hour beyond base caseload

Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program
- Board certification as a PMHNP (PMHNP-BC)
- Minimum of 1 year of independent psychiatric experience under licensure
- Active Pennsylvania PMHNP/APRN license
- DEA registration and state prescriptive authority
- Ability to work onsite in Media, PA for at least 10 clinical hours per week
- Flexibility to work during after-school hours (after 4 PM ET and/or weekends)
- Access to reliable technology (personal computer, phone, and high-speed internet)
