Job description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our growing behavioral health team in Media, PA. This hybrid role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and young adults through a combination of onsite and telehealth services.
The PMHNP will be responsible for conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing medication management in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.
Schedule Requirements:
- Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
- At least 5 hours per week onsite in Media, PA
- Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance

Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania
- Board Certification as a PMHNP (PMHNP-BC) through ANCC or AANP
- DEA license and Pennsylvania State Prescriptive Authority
- Minimum of 2 years of independent experience as a PMHNP
- At least 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, or young adults
- Proficiency with EHR systems and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Reliable computer, phone, and high-speed internet for telehealth services
