Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – Hybrid 2 Days Onsite

We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative behavioral health team in a hybrid capacity in Bala Cynwyd, PA. This role is designed for clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality psychiatric care while maintaining flexibility through a blend of in-person and telehealth services.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working during peak “after school hours” and committed to providing accessible, patient-centered care to children, adolescents, and young adults.

Schedule & Work Model:

• Minimum of 12 hours per week required
• Availability during peak hours: after 4:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or anytime on weekends
• Onsite at least 2 days per week (choose from: Mon & Thurs, Tues & Fri, or Weds & Sat)
• Remaining hours may be completed remotely

Compensation & Benefits:

• $135,000 - $145,000

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree from an accredited nursing program
• Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Active Pennsylvania PMHNP/CRNP/APN license
• DEA license and State Prescriptive Authority
• Minimum of 1 year of independent psychiatric experience under licensure
• Strong technical proficiency with EHR systems and virtual care platforms
