We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team in King of Prussia, PA. This hybrid position offers a balanced model of in-person and telehealth care, providing comprehensive psychiatric services to a diverse patient population.


This role is ideal for a clinician seeking both income stability and the opportunity to increase earnings through additional clinical work, while maintaining a flexible, part-time schedule.


Schedule & Work Model:

  • Total Commitment: 20 hours per week
  • 17 clinical hours + 3 administrative hours
  • Minimum of 10 clinical hours onsite at the King of Prussia clinic
  • Remaining 7 clinical hours may be conducted remotely
  • 3 administrative hours completed remotely
  • Flexible scheduling aligned with business needs
  • Availability required during peak “after-school hours” (after 4:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends)

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Total Earning Potential: Up to $175,000+ annually
  • Base Salary: $72,500 (part-time, 20 hours/week)

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree from an accredited nursing program
  • Board Certification as a PMHNP (PMHNP-BC)
  • Active and unrestricted Pennsylvania PMHNP/APRN license
  • DEA license and State Prescriptive Authority
  • Minimum of 1 year of independent psychiatric experience under licensure
  • Ability to work onsite at the King of Prussia clinic for at least 10 clinical hours per week
  • Flexibility to work during core after-school hours (after 4:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends)
  • Must have own computer, phone, and reliable high-speed internet
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
