Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and flexible Family Medicine/Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (FM/Psych NP) to join our team in a PRN capacity, providing inpatient, call-only coverage. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable managing both medical and psychiatric needs across a diverse patient population.
The position involves weekend, night, and holiday coverage, supporting inpatient services for patients ages 10 and up. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, managing acute and chronic conditions, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and responding to on-call needs in a timely and professional manner.
Candidates should possess strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Prior inpatient and dual-scope (family medicine and psychiatric) experience is preferred.
