🧠 Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to deliver high-quality psychiatric care across multiple clinical locations. This role is ideal for a provider who is passionate about improving mental health outcomes and thrives in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and ensure continuity of care for patients across our network of facilities.

🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments

• Diagnose psychiatric disorders and develop personalized treatment plans

• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications in compliance with regulatory standards

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams

• Support patient engagement and continuity of behavioral health services

🚗 Travel & Scheduling

• Provide clinical coverage across multiple assigned facilities

• Schedule coordinated by leadership to support operational and patient care needs

• Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between facilities
  (excluding commute from home to primary office)

🎓 Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Nursing

• Board Certification: PMHNP-BC

• Active Nurse Practitioner License

• DEA with prescriptive authority

• Prior behavioral health or psychiatric experience preferred

• Ability and willingness to travel between clinical locations
