Position Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a full-time inpatient assignment in Washington State. This opportunity is ideal for a provider looking for a structured 7-on/7-off schedule.
Target start date is April 1, 2026, pending completion of credentialing.
Schedule & Call

10-hour shifts
-
7 on / 7 off rotation (Monday–Sunday)

Full-time availability for several consecutive months required
Practice Setting

Inpatient psychiatry unit

24-bed department
-
EMR: Epic
Clinical Responsibilities

Manage approximately 12 patients per shift

Conduct new admissions and discharges

Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning
Requirements

Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Active Washington State license or active Compact license

Experience in inpatient psychiatry preferred

Comfortable managing admissions and discharges independently
