Colorado Springs, Colorado – Area Psychiatric NP/PA Opportunity

Clinical Role

  • Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

  • Post-training psychiatric experience required

  • Hiring due to growth

  • Hospital-based role

  • Ideal schedule is Monday–Friday, plus two weekend days per month (flexible)

  • Several psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and a full medical team on site

  • Primary responsibility for a unit of up to 16 patients, with flexibility to:

    • Float to other inpatient units

    • Perform outpatient or virtual work at the Colorado Springs office

  • Inpatient-focused role with the option to blend outpatient and virtual care

  • Seeking a strong full-time provider to add stability to the team

  • Work at one site per day

  • Collaborate with multiple physicians and APPs

  • Scribes provided

  • Dedicated team handles prior authorizations, follow-up calls, and administrative support

  • Opportunity to participate in clinical trials, if desired

  • Integrated methadone/detox program

  • Group also treats medical marijuana patients
