Job description
Aspirus Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant passionate about providing behavioral health services to patients in Weston, Wisconsin.

OPPORTUNITY:
- Full-time, 5 days per week (7:30am-5:00pm, flexible hours); no call, no weekends
- Primarily adult and adolescent patients, with opportunity to see children
- Potential for hybrid care model with onsite and telehealth visits
- Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications
- Collaborative, team-based care model with internal referrals between primary care and behavioral health teams
- Dedicated support staff, including a skilled behavioral health reception team for scheduling and templates
- Qualifications:
- PMHNP certification required for Nurse Practitioners
- Physician Assistants must obtain psychiatry certification within 2 years of hire
- Experience preferred
