Job Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care to adult patients in an inpatient setting
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
• Complete required documentation and participate in patient care meetings

Qualifications

• Minimum board certification required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and others
• CPI training is a Massachusetts state requirement for Behavioral Medicine
• Willingness to comply with credentialing requirements within 30-60 days

• Day shifts with flexibility as needed
