Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Our client is located in Rochester, Pennsylvania, a historic community known as the birthplace of the American oil industry. Surrounded by Oil Creek State Park and the Allegheny National Forest, the area offers small-town charm, scenic outdoor recreation, and a close-knit community atmosphere. The organization provides high-quality behavioral health and primary care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.

The Position:
Our client is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide outpatient psychiatric care to a diverse patient population. They are offering the following compensation and benefits:

$120,000 – $130,000 Salary
Yearly bonus based on quality and productivity

Requirements:
• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited PMHNP program
• Clear and active PMHNP license in Pennsylvania
Current DEA license
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Comfortable seeing patients of all ages

Responsibilities:
• Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Provide a full range of outpatient psychiatric services
• Conduct evaluations, diagnose mental health conditions, and manage medications
• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered psychiatric care
• Document and coordinate care using EHR
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-person care
