Nurse Practitioner - Psychiatry

Required Skills:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state
- Certification in Psychiatry (PMHNP-BC preferred)
- Strong knowledge of psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in outpatient psychiatric settings
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
- Experience with medication management and counseling
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's degree or higher in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in psychiatry or related fields
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in Worcester from March 16 to March 20, 2026
- Willingness to travel as needed (if applicable)
- Active state and DEA licenses
- CPR/BLS certification
