Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Opportunity in Eastern Vermont

This is a full-time outpatient opportunity for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker seeking meaningful clinical work with long-term stability. You’ll step into a supportive practice focused on high-quality behavioral health care across the lifespan. The role is designed for clinicians who value collaboration, balance, and sustainable career growth.

Practice Overview

  • You’ll join an established outpatient mental health team alongside therapists, psychiatrists, and primary care providers
  • Integrated care model with strong clinical support and shared treatment planning
  • Provide assessments, individual therapy, and coordinated care for patients of all ages
  • No inpatient responsibilities and no after-hours clinical coverage

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM outpatient schedule
  • Option for a 4.5-day workweek to support work-life balance
  • No call responsibilities
  • No weekend coverage

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed base salary range of $75,000–$95,000
  • $10,000 retention bonus plus relocation assistance
  • Five weeks of paid time off, CME allowance, and retirement plan options
  • Malpractice coverage with tail included

Candidate Requirements

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed or license-eligible in Vermont
  • Experience with clinical assessments, counseling, and care planning
  • Interest in team-based, outpatient behavioral health care
