We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our collaborative healthcare team. Clinic Hours:

Monday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Role Highlights:

100% outpatient care

Manage patients of all ages with a variety of behavioral health conditions

35 patient hours and 5 administrative hours per week

EMR experience preferred (eClinicalWorks)
Responsibilities:
-
Perform physical examinations and assessments appropriate for patient age
-
Establish medical history and patient care plans in consultation with supervising physicians
-
Provide counseling and patient education regarding preventive care, medications, and behavioral health
-
Participate in clinic staff meetings and other clinic-related projects as directed
-
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
-
Training and experience in PMHNP specialty
-
Effective oral and written communication skills
-
Knowledge of behavioral health concepts, specialty treatments, and community resources
-
Commitment to maintaining continuing medical education requirements for licensure
Requirements:
-
Board certification in PMHNP specialty
-
Valid license in the State of Indiana and current DEA licensure / prescriptive authority post-hire
-
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience; prior experience in a community health center preferred

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
-
Spanish language skills preferred but not required
