Fully Remote PMHNP – Contract-to-Hire | Multiple Openings

We are hiring experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join a fast-growing, fully remote behavioral health startup. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with immediate openings and significant upcoming growth.

Our highest needs are in Florida and Texas, with additional opportunities for providers licensed in Indiana, Arizona, or Illinois. Providers only need to be licensed in one state to be considered.

What You’ll Do

• Provide remote psychiatric care through intake-only or follow-up-only schedules
  
  
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric intakes or focused medication management visits
  
  
• Manage a full patient panel after onboarding
  
  
• Use AI-powered documentation tools to streamline charting
  
  
• Work collaboratively within a growing, startup clinical environment
  
  

Schedule & Patient Flow

You will be scheduled for either intakes or follow-ups on a given day, never both.

Intakes

• 60-minute visits
  
  
• 8 scheduled per day
  
  
• Average of ~4 completed
  
  

Follow-Ups

• 25-minute standard visits
  
  
• 50-minute visits for complex or high-acuity patients
  
  
• 16–18 scheduled per day
  
  
• Average of ~10–11 completed
  
  

Technology

• Elation EHR
  
  
• Proprietary patient portal (Maya)
  
  
• Built-in AI tools for transcription and note assistance to reduce administrative workload
  
  

Requirements

• PMHNP certification
  
  
• Active NP license in at least one U.S. state
  
  
• Active DEA registration for licensed state(s)
  
  
• Prior PMHNP experience (not open to new graduates)
  
  
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
  
  
• Adaptable and open to the realities of a startup environment
  
  

Important to Know

• This is a startup organization, and candidates should be comfortable with evolving processes and some growing pains
  
  
• Training is approximately two weeks, followed by a quick transition to a full patient panel
