Job description
We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens assignment in New York. This position starts on Dec 24, 2025, and spans a 2-week contract. The schedule is Wednesdays from 3 to 5 pm, with a possibility of extension and additional hours in February. The provider will travel to patients' homes or residences to conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and prescriptive services.

Additional Information
- Must hold an active NY license
- Required board certification: Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Across the Lifespan) Certification (PMHNP-BC)
- Relevant experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is required
