Role Summary for Recruiters
This assignment is ideal for a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with an active Massachusetts license who can provide full-time, on-site adult psychiatric coverage Monday through Friday. No call, weekends, evenings, holidays, or telehealth. Duties include consults, emergency department coverage, and inpatient rounding within a 20-bed unit, supported by a multidisciplinary team.

Licenses and Certifications
- Board Certification: Required
- State License: Active Massachusetts NP license – Required
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (some sections reference 5:00 PM; confirm during interview)
- Coverage: Full-time coverage required
- Call: None
- Weekends/Holidays: None
- Telehealth: Not permitted; on-site only
- Patient Volume: Approx. 10 patients per shift
- Patient Population: Adults only

- Unit Details:
- 20 inpatient beds
- Support staff: Midlevel provider, social workers, nurses
- Meditech (experience preferred)
