Job Description:
Compensation : $177000 - $182000 Job ID : 41539
Job Function:
- Open to 2-3 days per week or full time.
- Mon-Fri schedule generally 9-5 hours, no weekends expected (35 hour work week).
- Typical volume of 10-12 patients per day.
- Participate in behavioral health and integrated medicine team meetings.
- Work with adults, adolescents and children experiencing symptoms of a behavioral health disorder - prescribing medication and collaborating to educate guardians, relatives and significant others.
- Expect 90-95% of the population to have an IDD diagnosis so will be working with patients, aids and family members
- Utilize eCW EMR system.
- Organization is a PCMH (patient centered medical home) so locations offer primary care, podiatry, dental, psychology and psychiatry services.
Job Requirements:
- Masters Degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
- Active or Pending NY License.
- Already credentialed in Medicaid is a HUGE plus.
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility Required.
- 3+ Years Experience preferred.
