Behavioral health organization seeks a BC/BE Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join a full-service community mental health team providing outpatient care for adults and children.
• Salary: $140,000–$165,000 annually, plus biannual quality bonuses (1–2 times per year, not guaranteed)
• Outpatient-only role with a flexible schedule once orientation and onboarding are complete
• Treats both adults and children; current team includes four psychiatric NPs—one retiring in January
• CME, PTO, paid holidays, and sick/vacation accruals (6.66 hours every two weeks; 3.5 hours sick; two float holidays)
• Loan repayment available through NHSC/HRSA; “Peanut Butter” program contributes $150/month toward student loans for fully licensed providers
• No relocation bonus, though a sign-on may be negotiable for the right candidate
• Located in a scenic coastal and mountain region of western Washington
• Approximately 2.5 hours from Seattle (via drive or ferry access)
• Rural community surrounded by lakes, rivers, and outdoor recreation opportunities
• Airport access approximately 2.5 hours by car; ferry available directly to Seattle
