Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Flexible Scheduling | No Weekends or On-Call

She Recruits is representing an excellent opportunity for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join a supportive behavioral health team serving residents in skilled nursing and assisted living communities across Pennsylvania. What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll bring compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care directly to patients who need it most. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations

  • Diagnosing and treating a broad range of mental, emotional, and behavioral health conditions

  • Developing individualized treatment plans alongside an interdisciplinary care team

  • Recommending and managing psychotherapeutic interventions and medications

  • Partnering with facility staff to support behavioral strategies and care planning

  • Collaborating closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

What We’re Looking For

  • Active and valid CRNP license in Pennsylvania (PMHNP certification required)

  • Passion for patient-centered care, particularly in long-term care or geriatric populations

  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
