- Community mental health center outpatient practice seeking to hire 2 BC/BE Psychiatric CRNPs to join their growing team at two locations
- $130,000 base + quarterly productivity-based incentives
- Join a supportive team with flexible scheduling and admin time built in
- No nights or no weekends
- 40 hours/week with flexible scheduling—work 4-5 days a week, including one required evening shift
- In-person work at two locations in central Pennsylvania, with local telehealth options available
- Comprehensive benefits package including 20 vacation days, 13 paid holidays, 4 floating holidays; 100% paid individual medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage; malpractice coverage and DEA renewal paid; $3,000 annual CME allowance; HRSA loan forgiveness eligibility; contribution to 403(b) with immediate enrollment and 6.5% employer match after 6 months (above average 4.7%); plus potential relocation assistance (CFO approval required)
