Details/Requirements:
--Coverage needed 21 hours a week (days can be flexible but client prefers Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays)
--Must be credentialed with Medicaid
--ASAP start and will be ongoing (initial 3 month contract)
--Needs to be able to come onsite

--Will be seeing ages 5 and up
