We are seeking a dedicated and board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our mental health team in Waterbury, CT. Additionally, this position is eligible for the loan repayment program through NHSC.

What You Bring
- Licensure: Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the State of Connecticut.
- Certification: Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
- DEA Registration: Active DEA Controlled Substance Registration and an active Connecticut controlled substance registration.

Clinical Skills:
- Expertise in diagnosing and treating psychiatric disorders using evidence-based practices.
- Ability to triage clinical emergencies and implement safety protocols.
- Knowledge of referral processes and community mental health resources.
- Strong communication skills with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Regulatory Compliance:
- Adherence to confidentiality guidelines and reporting requirements for child abuse/neglect.
- Compliance with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
