St. Agnes Hospital is actively recruiting a full time (1.0FTE) Nurse Practitioner to join our experienced and cohesive behavioral health team. We are seeking an experienced clinician to provide mental healthcare services to children and families with psychiatric disorders.

Founded by Mother Agnes Hazotte and the Congregation of Sisters of St. Agnes, SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital treated its first patient in 1896. The 161-bed hospital has grown into both an inpatient and outpatient facility providing innovative community and regional health care services to the greater Fond du Lac area. It is a leader in providing quality state-of-the-art health care services, whether it is cancer treatment, comprehensive heart care through the SSM Health Dale Michels Heart & Vascular Care, including angioplasty and open-heart surgery, home or hospice care, maternity services, laser surgery, sports medicine, behavioral health services, women's health services, occupational health services, rehabilitation services, and 24-hour emergency care.

Requirements:

Master's degree from nationally accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
