  • Monday-Friday; 8a-5p clinic and/or day call (to include one-hour unpaid lunch)
  • Call rotation: 1:4
  • Reason for coverage: to help fill in for a Provider that is leaving the unit
  • Practice Setting: Inpatient Behavioral Health, hospital consults
  • Average number of patients per day: 8-11
  • Total number of beds: 28 adult, 8 adolescent
  • Child/adolescent ages to be seen: 8-17
  • Ages 8+
  • 2 APPs in practice and 1 in the ER
  • PA will be working autonomously
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Level III Trauma
  • Board Certified - Required
  • IA license or IMLC - Required
  • No new grads - Required
  • Must be available full time
