Organization is an FQHC offering primary care, behavioral health and dental health services
Monday-Friday schedule 8am-4:30pm
No nights, weekends or call schedule
Practice has a department of 2 Psych NPs, 1 PT Psychiatrist and a team of 12 social workers to provide therapy
Average of 8-10 patients scheduled per day, generally around 2 intakes per day and the rest is medication management only
Coordinate with LPN and other providers, some consultation with medical providers about prescribing psych medications, case management and case coordination
