Providers provide outpatient behavioral health care, wellness assessments and med management
Provides individual psychotherapy, crisis intervention or counseling to diffuse conflicts
Consults with primary care providers to focus on psychiatric and substance abuse issues
Provide patient care to patients of all ages
Evaluate patients medication needs, write prescriptions
Communicate with case workers, RN teams and other ancillary staff to ensure treatment plans are carried out
Provide patient education around health promotion, disease prevention, and health maintenance
