Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Opening, Southern Illinois

- Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible psychiatric nurse practitioner
- Monday – Friday, 8-5 schedule
- No after hour calls
- Outpatient practice
- NHSC certified site in Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) that qualifies for federal loan repayment programs
- Weekly collaboration with Psychiatrist
- Cover consults with new patients, manage medications and provide counseling service
- Referral hospital and mental health facilities nearby
- Must have current Illinois license and psychiatric certification
- Must have mental health assessment experience, positive communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the health care team
