NorTek Medical Staffing is representing a leading naturopathic and functional medicine clinic in Milwaukee seeking a passionate Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner / Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) to join their growing team.
This is an exceptional opportunity to practice integrative, personalized medicine in a highly supportive and established environment. The clinic has served over 7,800 patients since 2012 and is recognized as one of Milwaukee’s top-rated alternative medical practices.
You will collaborate alongside a nationally recognized naturopathic physician in a practice rooted in functional medicine, lifestyle intervention, and “food as medicine” principles.

The ideal candidate is passionate about integrative and lifestyle-based medicine and is committed to delivering comprehensive, root-cause-focused care.
Candidates without formal functional medicine training but with strong interest and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities
• Provide integrative, personalized care in a supportive environment
• Work at one of Milwaukee’s top-rated alternative medical clinics
• Help patients achieve optimal health through integrative, “food as medicine” approaches, combining naturopathic and functional medicine principles
• Complete accurate, timely chart documentation
• Communicate promptly with patients and team members
Qualifications
• Active Wisconsin APNP license
• Wisconsin APN Prescriptive Authority (required)
• Strong clinical documentation skills
• Timely communication with patients and interdisciplinary team
• Open to full-time or part-time scheduling
• Interest in naturopathic and functional medicine philosophy
Working Hours
Skills
• Strong passion for functional, integrative, and lifestyle-based medicine
• Knowledge or interest in hormone replacement therapy
• Experience or interest in weight management
• Experience or interest in gastrointestinal health
• Experience or interest in thyroid disorders
• Understanding of naturopathic and functional medicine principles
• Ability to complete accurate, timely chart documentation
• Prompt, professional communication with patients and team members
• Willingness to learn functional and naturopathic medicine if not previously trained
• Ability to work independently within a supportive team environment
