Job Details:

• PRN shifts
• The schedule will be discussed during the interview
• The Provider will be performing primary health care and seeing all ages for wellness/sick visits follow-up consults, vaccinations, and prescribe to patients
• Must be able to see all ages
• Must have at least 1year of experience as an NP working in primary care/urgent care-related field in an outpatient setting
• New graduates with storng clinical experience in Primary Care, Community Health will be considered
• The ideal candidate will have IN license in process or in hand
• 8 hour shifts or 10 hour shifts are available
